"Cojimos aposta la suite romantica con jacuzzi al llegar nos dan la llave en un sitio el apartamento en otro .el jacuzzi no funcionaba .llamamis y no nos cojen el telefono..y el aire acondicionado tampoco funcionaba con lo cual muertos de frio toda la noche .la bañera estaba sujeta el revestimiento con celo y las puertas comidas el marco por abajo .un desastre .queremos pones reclamacion pero no pudimos pues al dejar la llave no habia nadie "

The apartments were big and with a kitchen, however, there was nothing in the kitchen - no cups, no coffeemaker, no pots/pans/plates. After we asked at the reception, they brought us a kettle and two cups without saucers or spoons. "DO NOT STAY HERE! Upon arrival, we found our room and the walls to be dirty, with a strong, unpleasant odor, and it did not match the photos or description on their website. Because of these unacceptable conditions, we did not stay in the room or complete our check-in. Although the staff offered to move us to another room, we declined because we had already lost confidence in the property's accommodations. Additionally, our experience with the front desk staff was discourteous and unhelpful....
