"The room was cleaned each day, the staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast had a variety of choices, the air conditioning was much appreciated, coffee maker and fridge in room was a nice addition, everything I needed for my stay. And right beside a grocery store and within walking distance of a restaurant, drugstore and shopping centre."

"We were planning to stay in Kingston but staying at Brockville was a pleasent suprise. Very nice city with beautiful lake view. Train tunnel was a bonus. Lots of character in downtown."

"It's a typical motel. The pictures are not very accurate. The property is not on the water, and has no access to the river. It was very clean, minus a bit of mould in the shower. Bedding was fine, and the bed was comfortable. Shower was broken when we arrived, but the guy fixed it to the best of his ability. He offered us a different room but the smell of mothballs was so strong that we decided to kept our original. Neighbours were loud, but responded to my request to be quiet. My only real complaint was the porch light pouring into the room due to the old and paper-thin yellowish blinds and lack of curtains. Unfortunately, I was inches from the window and barely slept. We paid $170 CAD, with taxes and fees. I don't suggest paying over $125."

"Clean room with a 3/4 size fridge and a microwave, as well as a private washroom. When I saw it was a residence I was a bit hesitant but the room overall was fine. Property is near a walking trail which is nice for the summer time. Only complaint is the linens are only changed every 3 nights and my room was not cleaned during my second stay, so you may need to request this from the front desk. Good value for the money and overall a decent set up. Not a luxury stay at all, but an affordable option for a single night or budget business travel."

He offered thoughtful recommendations and had a great collection of books and records that gave the place a unique character. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh, high-quality food. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it."
