There was no one at this hotel. Not one car, not even staff! I called the number on the counter and was told the jet was in the drawer behind the desk. The plastic key didn’t work but there was a master key so when my room was cold , it was -2 outside and the heater didn’t work I searched for a warm room to sleep in after 5 rooms I found one. The bed and sheets were clean and I slept fine but wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. I am surprised that this is listed on Expedia!

Direct TV was not working, No water to the tub/shower which were both dirty, Motel hallway and entry were about 50 degrees, outside temperature was around zero, only saw staff a couple times, had to wash coffee pots from the breakfast area in our room and then make the coffee. I would have asked for a refund but no one was at the desk for check out

This property was extremely dirty. The floor in the room was covered in dirt and there was mold in the shower. The pillows didn’t have pillow cases

There was no outside lighting. It took me a while to learn how to manipulate the TV with 2 remotes (volume with one, channels with the other). It was a smoking room, but maybe that was my fault.

The room smelled and the carpet needed to be vacuumed! The top of the microwave was dirty and dusty. My bed sheets had what looked like blood stains that were never cleaned. I had them changed!

Room was very dirty. Shower didnt drain so stood in water. Beds were hard and springs poked back all night. Mold under sink. Carpets were filthy. Just not a place i would likely stay again. Service was not good. Couldnt find anyone for towels. 2 out of 10 would not recommend.

I wish I could up load my videos. Upon entering the room there were holes in the wall that had been painted over wallpaper. The corners of each piece of drywall and wallpaper were turning up from flooding. The trim boards were in terrible shape with lots of mold again from water. In the bathroom there holes and stains over the tub. The entire room smelled of old cigarettes from the past. There large dents in the walls in more than one spot. TV was old but did work. Again in the bathroom there was no toilet paper and the pluming pulled off the wall while trying to use the shower. DO NOT STAY HERE. It is not even a decent motel by any means.

The water in the shower area and tub didn't work. There is black mold in the bathroom. The screen on the window had been pried open and bent from a previous break-in. I went to make sure the window was locked, and it was not. TV was not connected to cable. I didn't ask for help as it was late and I was tired. Bed was clean but very poor pillows, and there were no signs of bed bugs. But there are a lot of updating and fixing that needs to happen here. Yes this is a lower rate hotel but some of the basics are lacking. ie a working shower. The gentleman at the desk was very nice and kind though.

A Pity of Pipestone

This place is a mess. My family stayed here for a weekend we were in Pipestone. It was the only hotel with rooms available when we booked a few months back. We booked online through Hotels.com, the Inn then also took our credit card when we checked in at 9:00 pm. The lobby was uninviting. The room was run down. There was hair in the shower, hair on the lamp, a stain on the sheets. The mini fridge was frozen over. I could hear people watching TV across the hall and someone cough in the room next to us, so I am sure the whole hotel could hear my toddlers cry. The worst part is after leaving, we were charged a no show fee because we showed up after 4:00, the check in time. What in the world!? We tried calling them and they would transfer us and then just hang up, several times. We tried contacting where we booked through and they can not work it out with the Inn either. The cleaning crew is bad. The management is worse.

Helt ok. Bestilte queen bed men det hadde de ikke så fikk king bed til samme pris. Trengs å reoveres. Frokost ???? Ingen kaffe ingen deig til vafflene, ingen melk til frokost blanding ei heller noen plass å sitte å spise det var elendigt. Ingen i resepsjonen.
