"We ended up staying here last minute after canceling our original reservation, and we’re glad we did. It’s a small, quaint hotel that was clean, quiet, and had plenty of parking. The pool area was a highlight—lots of chairs and umbrellas, and the pool stayed wonderfully warm all day. The only downsides were that the A/C in our room could have been much colder, and the hotel should do a better job preventing people who park for beach access from using the pool. "I would have given this hotel an Excellent review if not for their poor wifi signal. It is so bad you you always get disconnected than being online. The room and bed sheets are clean and smell fresh. The oceanfront is so convenient to soaked under the sun. They provide you with some kitchen utensils."

"My wife and I travel to the Daytona Beach area every few months, to check on a relative. We have stayed at several “On the Beach Hotels” this was by far our favorite. The entire staff was very welcoming treating their guests like family. We will be staying here on our future visits."

"On first impressions I would have given the hotel a 1 or 2 rating. The reviews I read are not too far off. I was hoping for the best, but prepared for the worst. We had to block a car to check-in. The check-in process was fine, but the room was 90 degrees. Going into a room that warm is not very welcoming and the AC unit is very high up. There is a remote to help though. I was worried it would not cool the room and we would be spending the night in a sauna. I recommend turning the AC unit on and...
