"Location was great, parking was easy, love the kitchenette in the room and decor style. Very cute beach front cafe by the pool where I had a very yummy Greek yogurt bowl. The room was a little less comfortable than I prefer. The shower would leak onto the bathroom floor, the sink water came out orange initially at times, and the linens on the bed were rough. "

"The resort is one of my favorites. Great view. Room had everything i needed to cook. Plenty of room. Staff was great and the hotel is kept up and clean."

"What a nice hotel with fabulous staff! Everyone was so friendly. We were visiting for our anniversary and had a hand written note from someone at the hotel congratulating us, nice touch! The general manager is a gem. Very special."

"We stayed in the partial ocean view room which was very nice. Nice outdoor pool with a pool bar, gym and onsite restaurant."

"Room was nice as always. Only thing that ruined the trip was my trip to the hospital. Nothing to do with hotel stay. When we're able to return to Daytona, we'll definitely stay here again. "

"Rooms were clean only room Issue was a leaking tub onto tile Floors. Only one functional elevator for a fully booked hotel. Spent more time during our stay waiting on elevators than we did anything. Front desk staff not friendly or accommodating. Nice ocean view, pool was fine just no rules when it came to who came and went. No one available when an issue arose."

"My daughter and I had a girls weekend to go to the NCA competitions. The place itself was decent and clean. Although it is on the older side it was kept up. I know with the sea air it is hard to upkeep. The condo itself was ok. It was clean, decently decorated, and was stocked with necessities. My largest issue and struggle was the front door had one lock and it was a keyed lock, no way to dead bolt from the inside. Being it was just my daughter and myself I had no way of knowing who has a key...

"The room could had been more cleaner I think they only clean on top because I found 2 empty can they wasn’t ours "

"Property was under major repair. Limited parking. Construction equipment running from 8 to 5. Entrances was removed no covered areas to unload our vehicle. Forcing us to unload in the rain. Ice machine only worked on two of the eight floors."

"The location is great, however the facilities can be better, it will be great if they remodel the rooms and put an actually reception were people can check in properly."

"There was no hot water. Even after calling and being told to let the water run for 19 mins. I let it run for 30 mins and it never even got warm."

"Almost all the staff was very nice. The common areas could use more cleaning more frequently. The property was ok but the carpet in the hallways was filthy."

"Amazing customer service from the live-in manager and his staff. Available all hours of the day and night with great recommendations for food and activities. Property is a little on the weathered side but was extremely suitable for a stay. Beds were quite comfortable even though the frame was a popping metal that made noises at every movement. Great air conditioners, nice televisions, and wonderful water pressure in the shower. Would absolutely stay here again."

"Horrible experience, no reception, no pool, no balcony, bed was broken, dirty. They are remodeling but they don’t say anything and charge same price. The room was ok but the floor was dirty"
