Our room was nicely appointed however the flush lever on the toilet would spin around and I had to remove the lid to fix it multiple times after it was flushed. The pullout bed mattress had bad springs and our eight-year-old daughter could not sleep on it. The phones on the top floor were out of service. The walls and the door are thin and we could hear a lot of noise and people talking through them. We were also charged a $19...

"This was a traditional beach motel. It provides a place to sleep with a firm bed. Breakfast wasn't offered. Their "laundry room" was a washer and dryer outside, not too ideal when it's pouring down rain. Steps away from the beach. Close to Subway and shops."

"Breakfast was good for the quick grab. They have a coffee machine that gives you quite the variety & it wasn’t to bad. The pool was nice, would have been a bit better if it had been heated but it was nice & refreshing when it got hot. The cushions on most of the chairs could stand to be replaced. "Parking insufficient, may be blocked in by other cars. Staff was good, owners were arrogant. Had to go buy TV for my room. No shelving, cabinet, etc in bathroom. Everthing metal was rusted. Never again."

"This was a good stay. The hotel is rather plain and somewhat worn. But it is clean enough. My room was a suite. It was outstanding with a balcony facing the beach, multiple rooms, multiple TVs, fridge, microwave and a great view inland which showed the channel boats passing. Rarely have I ever been in a room so complete and comfortable. I spent a lot of time just laying in the comfy room and listening to the ocean. But I am sure that not all rooms are this complete. "Pool was only heated on the weekend, Viking cafe was not open, not allowed to swim in the outdoor pool because it was broken (fixed after 4 days of our stay but we were told it would be fixed on the day we checked in), ran out of toilet paper twice and had to go down to the main office to get some since rooms weren’t taken care of except our last day out of a 7 night stay"

"Booked last minute on Expedia and arrived late in the day. Jodi and the team had to hustle a bit to get the room ready, but by the time I finished check-in, everything was set. Room was spotless, AC worked great (huge plus in Florida), and I had a balcony overlooking the courtyard with an angled view of the ocean.
