We didn’t stay long so it wasn’t a huge issue as the ac was adequate and the shower was the worse the last day of our stay."

Hotel surrounding is quiet and conveniently in close proximity to restaurants and many fun activities for the family. Visited from Boston at the end of April not peak season summer hence quieter days and smoother movements from point A to point B."

"The property in the guest areas were good. The hotel room we were assigned was dated, the t.v. was small with a universal remote which was difficult to turn on and off. We went down to the enjoy one of the hot tubs around 9:00pm and the water was freezing. "

"My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Willow Bay. Check in was a breeze and the room exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and the furniture appeared to be brand new. The view of the Ocean was perfect for hanging out and enjoying a drink. Willow Bay has a great location right on the beach with lots of restaurant options near by. The pool and grounds were beautiful and peaceful. We love coming to Myrtle Beach and we will definitely be coming back to Willow Bay. "

"Room was ocean view so not bad but was right over the restaurant so all we could hear was there fans. Room floor needed a good mop. Found a dirty shirt someone else left. Tub was so slippery i fell stepping in. The hot tub was nice only half the jets was working. The indoor pool needs a cleanning it was green. Playing in the new arcade it was fun just dont expect any prizes unless you play alot. There is no daily room service. You have to take your own trash out an get fresh towles an such. This...
