"Staff was excellent. Breakfast was good. Elevator broken Smell of Marijuana as you walk into the lobby every day. Room smelled like dog pee. The shower curtain was way to long which could cause a slip hazzard."

"If I wasn’t disabled the stay was very nice. The hotel did not have a valet or parking which meant the need for me to park in a garage on a side street with no assistance for a disabled traveler. The front desk staff was excellent!!"

"Comfortable bed and room, the woman when I checked in was extremely helpful in helping me with accommodations. My room was not cleaned so she helped me find another one. Negative - the hallways often smelled of marijuana which was extremely unpleasant. I believe housekeeping was aware since the hallways smelled strongly of it when housekeeping was there and working in the rooms. Room ventilation was good and the room hardly smelled of marijuana."

"Amenities were adequate. Heavy dog friendly hotel for those who do travel with pets. I prefer to stay in less dog heavy hotels or at least hotels that do have only specific rooms without carpet for dogs."

"The hotel rooms need a deep carpet clean. There were multiple stains of different colors on my floor. Additionally, the ac should be turned on in the hallways and lobby., It was very humid. I loved how large the room was as I have mobility issues. I also appreciated the fridge & microwave in the room. The location is very close to multiple eateries. I looked at the pool, but did not get in the water. It appeared clean & clear. Everything was clean."

"Everything about The Satire made it the perfect place to stay for an extended solo weekend in the DMV! The location in Old Town Alexandria was super quiet and convenient to the highway, so visiting the Washington Monument one day and heading to a concert at Northwest Stadium the next didn't feel like a chore or traffic nightmare at all. "Great besides I owed the company 24 dollars due at the hotel. They charged me a 100 dollar deposit then charged me another 50 dollars for parking for a singular night when it should've been included and they did not refund the deposit or hold. They refunded 50 dollars but not the 100 dollars."
