L'eau de douche a du mal à s'evacuer correctement ce qui implique débordement (innondation), humidité. Nous avons dû utiliser toutes les serviettes pour éponger. L'appartement ne sent pas la fraicheur. Le mobilier vetuste avec plusieurs choses à remplacer. Le conciregerie n'a même pas pirs la peine de se déplacer pour s'excuser et constater...
