"Great location in town. Our room just had really weird noises throughout the night so we kept waking up and had some trouble sleeping. The property had someone start cutting trees at 6am on Saturday too which was … an interesting move."

"The staff was off the charts friendly and accommodating, always wanting to know how your day was and serving with joy.
My wife Cathy had the best meal she had EVER had, Lamb and the octopus. It made me feel really good I chose “The Jerome” to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary and make her feel special.
Thank you
Bob"

"Very convenient location, and cleaning staff did well. Comfortable bedding. However, the overall condition and appearance of the room was lacking and the bathroom is in need of renovation/remodeling as the tub/shower was not easy to use and quite honestly could be dangerous for an older person to use."

"Very modern look and feel.
No elevator, stairs to all rooms. 10 digit codes to unlock the room was a bit much, but we adapted.
Our downstairs room had no outside views. Used the window a/c unit to being in some fresh air.
Overall a nice facility located right on Main Street with a 10 minutes walk to miost everything in downtown Aspen."

"The staff was super friendly and helpful. Great location for ski season! Clean room. Unfortunately, I had loud neighbors playing music until 1am on a Monday night. -- It wasn't super loud, but the walls were thin. Also, something big was moving around in my room's trash in the morning... not sure if a mouse/or rat, but the trash was shaking. Too big to be a bug.
Not worth close to $200/night in off season."

"Appreciated the suite style rooms. Location is a little precarious to walk to the Snowmass Village & Mall, yet quieter for the same reason. Note the daily cost of mandatory valet use even though there’s a free garage within walking distance. The lounge is gorgeous and food quality of the restaurant was incredible. Highly recommend using your resort credit for breakfasts there. And using the terrace with pool & hot tubs as much as possible to make the resort charges worth it."
