Such a lovely place to stay! Friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was wonderful. The accommodation complex was clean, tidy, cosy and modern. Loved the scenery and the quiet, listening to the tūīs in the morning was bliss! Noticed many surrounding walks and nearby zoos for anyone with families. Highly recommend to others! Will definitely be coming back! Thank you for your fantastic hospitality! 😁

Our stay was great. It’s a short bush walk to Pukeiti. The lodge is very clean and tidy with big comfy couches. The shower pressure is amazing and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was lovely.

Very nice BnB

We really enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful surroundings and scenery driving to and from the BnB. Feels like staying at someones house, but still you have your own “hotel room”. In the hallway you can fix a cup of coffe, tea or hot chocolate to bring upstairs to the lounge or to the room. Fresh linen, nice SPA shampoo, soap and a bouquet of flowers from the garden. When we stayed it was not so many staying at the same time so it was very quite and relaxing.

Stunning location. Beautiful gardens and ‘secret’ pathways. Very quiet. Comfortable beds and powerful shower! Beautiful lounge and dining area and well set up with pool table. Would be great for a group but also relaxing for a couple. Wonderful stay.

- Late check-in and friendly staff. - Scenery is beautiful. - Location is lovely and quiet with lots of bird sounds. - Communal areas are nice and recently updated. - Room smelt musty coming in. - Wallpaper in suite was peeling off the walls a bit, looked tired. - Bathroom in suite was a bit old and outdated which unfortunately just makes it look a bit unclean as well (not what was shown in advertising pictures, new and updated appear to be communal) - Water pressure was very weak. - Most amenities are in communal areas rather than the room. Rooms are very basic. - Only 3 coat hangers and no where much to put any clothes.
