"Couldn’t fault it, always worry going to breakfast late that there won’t be much or it’s not as fresh, going down 30 Minutes before it finished and they were still bringing more out! Staff all super friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, coming from Plymouth an 8 hour drive we were gutted to have to leave a day early to get home before the snow and ice warnings kicked in! Will definitely be back again "

"Excellent apartments - spotlessly clean and modern decor . Split level accommodation with courtyard outside. Very nice for in the summer. Bed was comfy. Shower was great. Nice touch with the continental breakfast. Owner was amazing . Willing to spend the time to chat , which made the check-in experience nice. Very knowledgeable of the properties history( old court house) and the local area. Genuinely friendly and helpful. Very central to lots of coffee shops, pubs and dining...

"Stayed for 3 days at Queensferry Guest House, Rosyth (Edinburgh) and had a very pleasant experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and well located. Special thanks to the receptionist and the owner Mr. Zorain — very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Made the stay easy and relaxed. Would definitely recommend and stay again. "
