The whole team, the rooms are clean, the food is fresh and I like that you can get a hot drink of tea or coffee anytime.This is the best Best Western I have stayed at, ever. Room was VERY clean, staff incredibly friendly and welcoming, very easily accessible location, reasonable amount of parking. We came for a wedding and stayed 4 nights. The only thing I can think to complain about is that the bathroom window is the only ventilation for the shower, which didn't cause any issue for us but might in colder months. "Arrived at 2am and the staff were very friendly and professional. As you walk in it smelt good, room was clean, beds were comfortable and all for $100. If you’re passing through Joplin, this is the place for you! "

"The room was very clean . The room was just a bit smaller but we didn't spend much time there anyway as we spent time with family. Everyone was great even the breakfast was good . . The only thing i can complain about was that when i made reservation they advertised they had a bar and lounge but there was none . But our stay there wasn't for the bar although it would have been a nice touch . We will stay again. "
