"Pretty disappointed in this stay. Pool was closed for “maintenance” all weekend, room was not ready for check in when we arrived and when we got up to our room it was in rough shape. The drawers were broken, the tub was peeling, and the blinds were broken. We called for extra pillows and a blanket around 10:00 our first night, the hotel staff claimed they would be right up, they never arrived. The hotel is in a great location, as it’s very close to the baseball and football stadium, however for...

"I reserved a room for Sat+ Sun days on line a month ahead and was assigned the “coach” room (??) I tried to switch for my second night because its location right by the lobby and the open space restaurant is noisier than I asked for but, I couldn’t be accommodated.
I give 4 stars because the personnel was amiable and the breakfast buffet (included) was lavish and hearty with numerous varied and fresh options."

"There was minimal interaction with the staff. The key we were originally given didn't work and I had to go back to the desk to get it recoded. The entire building is dirty and run down. The benches in the lobby area are worn through. The floors in the hallways feel spongy. The room we stayed in smelled odd. When we walked in I immediately checked yo see if there was anywhere else in the city that I could stay. Unfortunately there wasn't because it was busy with events. For the price I wasn't...

"If you’re considering the Omni William Penn for a special occasion, I would think twice. We stayed October 10–12 to celebrate my son’s birthday and attend a Steelers game. Having previously lived in Pittsburgh, I was excited to return and chose this historic hotel expecting a memorable weekend.
Unfortunately, the problems began immediately. Our toilet was running when we entered the room, requiring a maintenance call. The plumber explained that the handle had been bent by a previous guest. Why...
