Staff was attentive and extremely friendly and always willing to offer assistance. The room has all the things needed, but upon checkin we found the bathroom cleaning had not been completed. The toilet seat was left up and dirty towels were hanging behind the door from previous guest. There was also a dirty towel hanging in the bathroom. Otherwise the rest of the property was clean and maintained.

The hotel was exceptionally clean in all the public spaces as well as the rooms and the staff were all lovely. The only downside was that there really wasn’t anything super close by (nothing less than 10-15 minutes away) and the road traffic was a little loud on the parking lot side. Otherwise it was great and I’d stay there again with no hesitation.

Staff were all wonderful. Karmen at the front desk was so kind and helpful (our 2yo loved her) and the gentleman running the breakfast buffet was helpful and working hard to keep things stocked and clean.

Rooms were nice, had a suite that would work well for extended stays. Breakfast was better than most I've had, and coffee was great.

Excellent in Every Way...
This was my second stay at Staybridge Suites in Warrendale and I was as pleased now as I was with my first reservation. This hotel has unbeatable comfort, amenities, cleanliness, and an absolutely perfect location for traveling around the Pittsburgh and central Western PA area. Everything in the room is comfortable and functional. The convenience of a full kitchenette at this price is so appreciated. The complimentary breakfast is far beyond the industry standard with consistently hot and cold, appetizing choices...so many choices! The front desk staff are all extremely warm, professional, and willing to help in any way. It's a tremendous comfort to stay here!

Lovely Hotel, but the stay was very challenging due to the stopping above our room all night long, called twice but to no avail. This was not what we expected from this hotel. we had to stay up most of both nights and this ruined the special occasion that we were celebrating. It needed a microwave and coffee machine but We did without the coffee. We wen to walmart to get drinks etc. On Check out we explained what had happened and having to call twice, they took care of the problem at checkout. The other hotels etc. in which we stayed always had microwaves and coffee machines as well as hot breakfast buffets which would have been nice. They did offer room service which we did order, and it was very good. We would order it again.

I was very impressed with the room we had very clean and comfortable breakfast was awesome and the gentleman taking of the breakfast area did a great job I could tell he took pride in what he was doing the staff was friendly and very professional

Staybridge Suites is lucky to have Dwight who prepares the breakfast buffet. He does a fabulous job - such a hard worker, pleasant & takes much pride in his work. Dwight exemplifies the best there is in the service industry & he’s the reason we will book here again when in town!

I arrived in the hotel lobby at 2:51 PM following a five hour car ride. There was a girl behind the desk greeted me by holding up three fingers. When I asked her what that meant, she said "Check-in isn't until 3:00. You'll have to wait". I sat and waited the nine minutes and as I walked to check-in, promptly at 3:00, the same girl looked at the clock before coming over to help me. I guess 3:00 check-in really means 3:00 check-in!! As she took my ID to start the process the phone rang and she proceeded to help the person make a reservation over the phone. After about four minutes another woman approached the desk and I asked her if she could please take over my check in. I just wanted to get to my room. She was very kind and did so willingly. So to say that my first impression was not a good one, is an understatement. I finally made it to my room and while the accommodations were very nice, the floors were sticky. But luckily I always pack socks. I easily found a number of choices for a nice dinner. All within a very short distance. When I came back to the hotel other guests told me that from 5 to 7, the hotel offers free beer and wine and hot bar snacks. That was nice (I feel that was information to be told during check in and not hear from other guests). The hotel was very quiet, which made sleeping easy. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was grand! Vast options. Overall rating - 3 out of 5

Very friendly staff. Beautiful decor. Loved the outside deck/gathering area if you have many people in group. Breakfast could have been a little better, more variety and more family tables, but it's your average hotel Breakfast.
