"Reserved a room with 2 queen beds but they didn’t have one when we arrived They put us in a room with a king bed and a roll away that barely fit in the room so there was not walking space"

"Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. The room was not good. The room smelled and the solution from staff was to cover the smell with a spray that worked for a while but wore off. The room was very small for a king and awkward layout. There were 2 chairs. One was in a corner that you couldn’t sit in and couldn’t move. The other was a comfy desk chair but blocked the person sleeping on the right side of the bed from getting out of bed to the bathroom. We also only had one towel in the bathroom....

"We were traveling while on the road and hotel options were limited. We were missing items in our room which I get happens. The hardest part for us was the weekend breakfast hours don’t start until 7am which just felt late and the breakfast wasn’t great. They also have no high chairs or water fountains."

"The staff did their part well in welcoming in guests. The room we got was decent but hot because the a/c wasn't on. Usually the rooms we booked in the past would be cool as soon as we enter because the a/c was on. Our room's a/c wasn't on and the room was hot. Some parts around the room for example the mini fridge had some weird dirt around it. The toilet paper was squished in the holder and not neatly placed in.
