"There was an issue with my booking when I arrived. When the staff couldn't help me, they contacted the owner who quickly arrived from another location to help. She was able to find the issue. Due to confusion they didn't have a room available but she was very nice to help me find another hotel she took me to a number of them that I was able to look around and find one that I liked.
