"Nice clean room great location. WARNING YOU HAVE A KEY FOR YOU ROOM ONLY ONE. MY SON WENT OUT AND LOCKED THE DOOR BEHIND HIM TAKING THE KEY. I WENT TO GO OUT LATER AND WSS UNABLE TO OPEN THE DOOR! I WAS BASICALLY TRAPPED IN THE ROOM WHICH WOULD NOT BE GREAT IF A FIRE STARTED. THIS SERIOUS ISSUE NEEDS URGENT ATTENTION"

"Room was kept very clean. On the whole staff were very helpful but one or 2 glitches such as not being able to get a drink at the bar at 22:30 one evening and being sent on a wild goose chase to the 5th floor bar which never seemed to be open. Good breakfast and restaurant. Useful to know: water bowser on the first floor"

"Rooms were cleaned daily. Staff were friendly. Good variety of drinks on offer. Pool was small but good. Had to que at certain times for meals due to amount of people going at sane time. Over all we had a good time and would stay there again."

"On arriving at the Iris,the staff were very pleasant and very helpful,i was a single traveller and offered a triple room,which was clean and well maintained,the bed was really comfy,the shower was really good,the hotel is central,it is on an incline,short stroll into town and the beach,close to all shops,bars,restaurants,dont forget you have to pay a 50euro deposit,which you get back on day you leave,The owners made my stay all the more welcoming,always smiling,nothing is to much,,just 1 small gripe,really could be better with a fridge,other than that,5 stars to the owners."
