Maids will not enter your room when you are out to tidy, clean and make the beds, though a member of staff did offer us clean towels when we needed them. "Staff is great here and location is pretty convenient if you're okay taking the tram to downtown or the train station. If you want to be in the center of the action, it is in the quieter part of town - further from dining and shopping options. It's also very no frills - AC wasn't too strong (we were there late Sept) so the room was warm, bare essentials provided for shower, one small trash can. So we brough out own shower supplies. But very happy with our stay, was just what we needed. "
