"Séjour décevant pour un hôtel affiché comme 4 étoiles. Le rapport qualité‑prix n’est pas au rendez‑vous. Le petit déjeuner est entièrement en self‑service, sans aucune présence du personnel pour débarrasser ou maintenir l’espace propre. Les clients doivent tout faire eux‑mêmes, ce qui ne correspond absolument pas au niveau attendu pour un établissement de cette catégorie. Le personnel de l’hôtel passe la majorité du temps assis à l’extérieur, en groupe, à boire des cafés et fumer juste à côté...

"The pool closed at 8 pm, the front desk attendants were ride, there was a terrible odor in the lobby, and they pump so much air freshener into the vents- it actually made me sick."

"The ONLY positive is that it is close to rhe train station! Absolutely filthy, ROACHES, a loud piercing sound like an alarm throughout the night and into the next day! The receptionist tried to give me bunk beds when I paid for a double, then when I did get the room I was supposed to have, the hot tub that had been advertised was nowhere to be found. I want out and bought sheets and a towel bevause the place just was not clean at all!"

"The desk staff at check could have been more welcoming. Didn't explain not one thing of the hotel. It was our first time in Europe, I had to come back down to learn how to turn on light in room. They gave me the pool towel cards. But never told me where to return pool towels. Upon check out they asked me for the towels that I had already turned in to the floor house keeper. They explained the restaurant hours or breakfast. The room TV didn't have the ability to change language to English."

"Clean room close to Stade Velodrome and transport. Staff very helpful speaking English. Unfortunately no warm water so had to have cold showers and no kettle/coffee maker in room. Would stay again fir a short trip."

"This is a hotel with a very nice view but where the rooms and the amenities are very low quality. In our room, (deluxe sea view) there was nowhere other than a very small closet to hang clothing and no drawers. The robe and towels were very low quality. The hotel room did not have an espresso maker and did not have any snacks or beverages to purchase. The bistro restaurant was average quality with extravagant pricing. There was a hair in our omelette and they did not offer to pay for it or any...
