"We had a very pleasant stay at Lux Gran Baie. We stayed for a week at the resort and received an excellent service and careful attention from all staff both for room and food service. "I love everything about this hotel esp their white sandy beach, I bought half board here and quiet happy coz they allows us to eat in a different restaurants so it's not boring, their morning buffet has a lot of varieties of food and at night, we ate ala carte mode, slippers and t shirt are not allowed for men at dinner time. The hotel design's minimalist and crowded but we still feel comfortable and our room is quiet"

The receptionists were not only friendly but also chatty and funny (which I personally like!). They kept my luggage till my room was ready.
