"Our stay at Veranda Hotel Grand Baie was unfortunately not as enjoyable as we had hoped. Our apartment was located at the very back of the property, quite a long walk from the main facilities. There was also no lift, which wasn't mentioned when we made the booking. Carrying luggage up the stairs and walking such a distance was very inconvenient, especially after travelling. Mention spéciale à Madame Stefanie et Monsieur Adriano qui ont été très agréable avec nos enfants. Le personnel au restaurant, la réception et les conducteurs de baggy étaient très disponibles et serviables.Mention spéciale aussi à Monsieur Raj et au jeune Ndreesh. On a aimé la plage et la piscine."
