"The fact they didn’t have elevators mad it very hard for me due to my disability. No one helped me bring my bag up stairs when I was struggling to do so myself. Also the 50 dollar fee for the room just in case there is damage should have been mentioned when I was booking online. The fact I was only going to be in the room for 6 hour due to my late check in.I should have never been charged that fee. It was only me in the room no one was with me and all I did was shower, sleep and got ready to checkout at 7:50 am. The fact staff didn’t help me with my bags after telling there was no elevator’s when it was noticeable that I needed communication was sad and stressful. One of the staff at night told me just to leave my suitcase and come back for it when I needed help. The fact the hotel doesn’t have Apple Pay was very stressful as well and made no sense why it was accessible. Besides all that the room was clean and very safe."
