"The staff was friendly and efficient, always making us feel welcome. Francisco was especially accommodating to our small requests and was eager to please. Our room was spacious and featured a coffeemaker, small refrigerator and large TV, with more than enough channels. There were plenty of towels and toiletries, including a hairdryer.
