"What made this hotel was the amazing staff. "

"Härligt stort rum med uteplats. Fint boende och område. Uppmärksam personal. För att vara avsides med önskad känsla av enskildhet kände vi att vi hamnade lite väl nära de som bodde ovan vars balkong hängde rakt ner/in på på vår uteplats, men ok då vi inte nyttjade uteplatsen mer än till frukost. Önskar krokar på rummet för förvaring!"

"Caspapa was a quiet and lovely place to stay. There is no nearby parking for the hotel so you have to park down the street and walk through the village to get to the hotel. Once you get there the location is wonderful in the middle of lots of shops. The staff was engaging and a pleasure to visit with. The room was clean with a spectacular view of the village. "

"A great place for a short stay. However, it’s an old house, so something may go wrong at some point- it takes longer than 5mins to get hot water in shower, and it drips, hard to get my hair wet. Almost everything gets done (self service) through the iPad at the front desk, barely see any employees around."

"Das Hotel selbst war ok, allerdings sehr hellhörig, kein Parkplatz. Das Frühstück war gut, das Restaurant hatte Höhen und Tiefen im Service, war tw. nicht wirklich hilfsbereit. Einmal sind wir gegangen, weil einige Speisen nicht verfügbar waren und man bei anderen keine Bereitschaft hatte, auch nur die geringste Abweichung zur Karte vorzunehmen. Schade! "

"Excellent service, beautiful village and property "

"This is our second time visiting Mallorca, Spain. This property was exceptional. It was relatively close to Palma and all of the most beautiful and scenic towns on the island. There was daily housekeeping. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. They were even able to accommodate my food allergies. I even gave the staff a hug on the last day as they were superb! We traveled with our 2 daughters ages 7 and 9. We highly recommend this property!"

"Wir waren für 6 Nächte in diesem wunderbaren Hotel. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und professionell. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Hilfe wird angeboten, wenn nötig, aber niemand stört einen, so dass man einfach seinen Urlaub so genießen kann, wie man will. Die Zimmer werden jeden Tag gereinigt. Die Damen machen einen tollen Job. Auch gibt es keinen Teppich unter dem Bett, also großer check hier : - ) . Schöne Dusche und genügend Platz. Auch ein toller Schminkspiegel...

"The location is a little off the center area of the port. A lot of walk about 20 minutes to get to good restaurants, bus station and ferry"

"The hotel was very peaceful, though within easy reach of a tram stop to either Soller or the port. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Although the dinner menu had limited options, the food was very good and the breakfast buffet had a huge choice. The mountain views were spectacular, even during a thunderstorm!"
