"Wir haben lediglich im Anschluss an unseren "Haupturlaub" eine Nacht im BO Hotel verbracht und wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Das Hotel liegt zentral in Palma, sodass die wichtigsten Anlaufstellen fußläufig erreichbar sind. Auch die Bushaltestelle und der Taxistand befinden sich gleich um die Ecke. "The location of the hotel is amazing but went in summer (July) with almost 40 degrees and they don’t have any air conditioner, just a fan which made me have the worst experience ever. All the time sweeting like crazy, impossible to sleep and rest with that terrible heat."

"This is a nice place but our check-in experience at the start of the holiday was awful. We were told our rooms weren’t ready but they would contact us at 3 to give us access to 1 room. By 5 we had no call so went to reception. We got room keys so they had clearly forgotten and we even had to take our weighty luggage to the rooms. Then the keys didn’t work so we had to go back to reception."

"Clean rooms , lovely small Hotel that everyone is relaxed in . No rushing for sun beds in the morning as plenty for everyone. Food excellent along with a great vibe . Lovely pool area . Would recommend and would like to return . Spa added bonus too ."
