"Caspapa was a quiet and lovely place to stay. There is no nearby parking for the hotel so you have to park down the street and walk through the village to get to the hotel. Once you get there the location is wonderful in the middle of lots of shops. The staff was engaging and a pleasure to visit with. The room was clean with a spectacular view of the village. "

"Truly an amazing property, it is very quiet and peaceful. The views from the hotel can't be beat, and the breakfast in the morning was amazing overlooking the valley. Very easy parking and in a great location to drive to other parts of the island. I would most definitely stay here again, the staff was amazing and rooms were very nice and clean. "Hôtel de très bonne qualité, idéalement situé à seulement 20 minutes à pied du centre-ville. La vue sur la cathédrale et le port est magnifique. Le mini-bar dans la chambre est payant. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la possibilité de bénéficier gratuitement d’une Audi Q6 e-tron pendant une journée. Le personnel est très agréable et attentionné. Une délicate attention pour mon anniversaire, avec du champagne et des macarons, a rendu le séjour encore plus plaisant. Seul petit point...

"We had a really great stay for a week here. The staff were so helpful, and very friendly. It’s walking distance from the cathedral and all the good shopping, and the suite was really lovely. Massive bathroom and very comfortable bed. The only thing to know is that if you’re going to stay for a while the parking is very expensive. The underground car park round the corner costs about 25 euros a day and there are no free parking options. But that seems par for the course in Palma. We would stay...

One member of staff you stood out was Daniel, he was very friendly, helpful and provided plenty of information on the hotel facilities as well as the local area in Palma. He also gave us excellent recommendations for Tapas bars and restaurants.All the staff were very friendly and helpful which made our stay at the hotel very enjoyable and comfortable."

"Our stay here was one of the best hotel stays ever. The check in staff was incredibly helpful, the lobby, restaurant and bar was immaculate and clean making us feel very comfortable, and the room was amazing. We had a basic city view room that was laid out very well with a great balcony looking towards the church, and the balcony chairs were extremely comfortable. The included beer, juices, and coffee was a very nice touch as well that made us feel like we received a great value for our stay....
