"We stayed here for 4 nights in July. It is a clean, family-run hotel located in a quiet area with friendly service. The location is practical and easily accessible by bus from Palma, with public parking nearby and a beautiful cala at a 1.7 km walk away. The half-board option included a good breakfast buffet with local products and a tasty à la carte dinner."

"This is a nice place but our check-in experience at the start of the holiday was awful. We were told our rooms weren’t ready but they would contact us at 3 to give us access to 1 room. By 5 we had no call so went to reception. We got room keys so they had clearly forgotten and we even had to take our weighty luggage to the rooms. Then the keys didn’t work so we had to go back to reception."

"Just had a wonderful week at the Portals Hills Boutique Hotel. The hotel is extremely clean and all the staff are very polite and helpful, they can't do enough for you. The rooms are very well maintained and cleaned spotlessly every day, we had a lovely sea view from the second floor. The hot breakfasts are all delivered to your table, plenty of choice and ample selection on the breads. pastries, fruit etc.. The pool area is quite small but immaculate and the service delivered by the staff...

"We stayed at Valledemossa Hotel for 4 nights to celebrate our anniversary. This is by far the best hotel we've ever stayed in! Every detail was appreciated, and with only 12 rooms on site, the staff is extremely attentive to every customer. The check-in process was lovely, with a welcome drink and nice tour of the property. "A lovely hotel that is very clean. An excellent pool area with a bar serving food and drinks, at a reasonable price. The rooms are comfortable, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The centre is a 20mins walk but we walked by the marina, which was beautiful. The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood, I thoroughly recommend this hotel if you want a relaxing break. We loved our time here."
