"I only stayed one night but I will definitely return for longer stays. The owner-manager could not have been kinder or more helpful as I was there for doctors' office visits at the Panorama Medicentre, a short walkable 1 km away. The bed and one bedroom suite were the most comfortable I have stayed in for quite sometime. The breakfast (included) was homemade eggs, bacon, toast and they even had decaf coffee for me. I love Paperbark Manor and will come again."

"Staff showed excellent training in customer service. Food was excellent including presentation. The bed was very comfortable as we slept way past our normal sleeping hours! The hotel is surrounded with shopping and has a variety of restaurants. Cost of everything is half of the prices in USA. We highly recommend staying at the Canopy Hilton in Longkloof!"

"We stayed at this property for five nights while visiting Cape Town. The room was nice. It had doors that separated the sleeping area from the living area. The doors had little stops behind them to prevent them from opening all the way. I am not sure why that was. I think the stop should be moved so that they’re all the way against the wall and the doors can open completely. "The staff at this property are phenomenal!!! They exhibit professionalism, they are knowledgeable, they are caring and empathetic all while treating you like family. I had an unfortunate situation where I had an accident in the parking lot. They did everything to assist me throughout the process. I thank God I stayed here especially being my 1st time in Capetown.
