"We had an amazing beachfront room. There was so much space and the view was incredible. Everything at Pelican Reef Vilas was outstanding! The beach was kept clean, the pool, the bar area and all the staff were incredible! If I could give them more stars I would! The people of Belize are also amazing!! "

"True, there IS a beach connected to the property, however, there is a sea wall, so no "regular" access to the ocean. Although the water at sea wall was deep enough for a boat, you technically "could" get in the water from the boat dock. Our room "door" was a patio slider ...with curtains... As we were on the ground floor, people walking by could see our entire room. When the curtains were closed for privacy, the room was dark... convenient early morning but not so during the day.
