"This hotel is beautiful. The staff was amazing, especially Denise and Leslie. Denise was super helpful booking the excursions and made sure to check in with the company to make sure I made it safely to them and back to the hotel safely. She took her time to carefully explain each tour and made a way to get me the tours I was most interested in. Leslie is like a ball of energy, he gave suggestion on place to check out in Belize. "Good bed and pillows. Luxury towels. Liked having mini fridge and a kettle. Milly and her daughter Emily are friendly and helpful. Water pressure was a bit weak but not a major issue for me. Good wifi. No TV but that is not a problem for me either. I would return. 10 minute walk to the airport or ferry. "

"The staff at the property were excellent. Helpful and hard working. I left feeling like I had made many new friends. They arranged our arrival from Belize city and departure for Ambergris Caye. We stayed at the hotel on the north island but used amenities at their sister hotel on the South Island of Caye Caulker. Staff was equally friendly and accommodating. Food was excellent at both locations where we tried all the local dishes."

"Rooms are basic and very outdated. Not very clean and very much in need of upkeep. AC marginal. No pool, beach or other ameneties, which was probably clear on the booking page. Its a far as possible from the "center of town" Sargassum is bad along the waterfront."

"Love this property! Second time staying here (before and after the renovation). Wow, beautifully done. Still some more work to be done to complete but the construction was really no issue. Extremely helpful and attentive staff. The new suites are amazing. Will definitely be back."

"This hotel is old and needs updated. Nothing like the pictures in the photo . No elevators and stairs are not manageable especially after a long day of walking around the island. You have to ask for everything including towels. The rooms are dark and cold. No view except to a dirty yard space between buildings. If you are just using it to sleep then this is the hotel for you. It does not feeling like a vacation room on the cayes. Not worth the cost. Very disappointed will never stay here again....
