"We had a wonderful stay at the Trs, it was by far the best breakfast buffet we’ve had at any all inclusive hotel. However staff taking the coffee orders in the morning were useless, they take the order then don’t bring them. The rooms were gorgeous however our shower kept leaking into the room due to the seals needing redone."

"All of the staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly. We loved our stay at Oku, could not fault a thing. Lovely breakfast every morning and the pool area was fantastic. There was a dj at the pool when we’re were there and the vibe was great. Sipping strawberry daiquiris by the pool with an amazing backdrop - can’t wait to return. Cannot recommend this place enough"

Very nice The only thing ist that the curtain Diee not make the room dark. That means the room ist bright as soon as the sun comes Up. The mattress was a bit hard but we slept Well. "Terrible experience from check-in to check-out. I paid extra for a Junior Suite with Pool View, but was initially given a room overlooking the parking garage with only the tops of pool umbrellas visible. This was not what was advertised. My booking showed 18 photos of the room I paid for, none of which resembled the room we received. When I questioned it, the front desk said, "The pictures are just pictures," and claimed the hotel was fully booked. After I insisted this was false advertising...
