"We had an amazing week at the W …really exceeded all our expectations! The property was gorgeous with amazing views and a very nice, spacious beach. The room was great, especially the rainfall shower heads! The vibe of the was a perfect mix of chill and upbeat. But a huge shoutout to the staff which were amazing. "This was my second stay at The Palms. The cozy hotel offers clean rooms, nightly entertainment and good food. You’re only steps from the beach or the pool. Whatever you decide. The staff is fantastic and welcoming as well. I can’t wait to come back next year! Pura Vida!"

"Wonderful gem of a hotel. Large property with great beachfront, nice (but dated) rooms, great staff, good food, and nice pools. This is a great all inclusive hotel for those looking for a quiet location for a beautiful beach getaway. Staff is amazing....Candy, Steven, Kenneth, Emmanuel, Kevin, Danny, and Geo at the Tour desk. Highly recommended"
