Let us use the facilities early, whilst we waited for our room and check in time, as we arrived in the morning.Also allowed us to use the facilities after we checked out due to our late flight back to the UK. Excellent service all round, the hotel itself is super quirky, really well appointed and had everything we could have asked for. Location is great if you are looking to party around, O Beach next door and you get 50% off entry plus 1 free drink, which kind of equate as free entry which is 40 Euro. Nice hotel if you just want an accommodation after partying all night, nothing excited in the property if you want to chill in the Hotel itself."

"A surprisingly amazing stay in a 3* property offering 5* service and fluffy towels, a rarity even in 4* properties these days!!! Great staff, lovely spacious room with a pool view and although out of town, its on the San Antonio Bus route. Easy free parking opposite the property, lovey pool area and good bar food & large beers under 5 euros! "We were so lucky to find this hotel! My husband and I decided to stay in Ibiza another night and found Axel Hotel on hotels.com, booked it and headed over within the hour. "Amazing resort and the beach board walk is fantastic. Everything is pretty much walking distance from the board walk. The best part about this stay is definitely the staff.
