"Poor food service"

"Perfect! We had a classic apartment and holidayed with 4 adults and a 1 year old. The space was perfect! So handy that there is a SPAR on site. We did a Lidl shop before, but we really didn't need to. The SPAR was super cheap. We hired a car, which I'd recommend from the airport. The roads are super easy. Having the access to the beach club made all the difference. I think that's what made it good value for money, if that access wasn't there, I don't think it would have been worth the amount...

"Fantastic value for money - The perfect location (not busy) and right by the beach. Please note you have to walk the beach via rocks or steep steps - so not suitable for kids or the elderly. Brilliant staff who really looked after us and gave my boyfriend a bottle for his birthday."

"Super hôtel. Les chambres sont grandes et propres. L’hôtel est naturiste, c’est très agréable. Piscine sauna et jacuzzi sont impeccables. Nous avons passé un super séjour. Le jardin est très agréable pour se reposer. Il y a un peu de matériel pour faire du sport , c’est top. Le personnel est adorable. "I had never heard of this brand/group before but decided to stay with them as they had so many properties on Gran Canaria. The hotel was fantastic, like staying in a small town rather than just one building. The staff were some of the best I’ve come across and the breakfast buffet was top notch. I’ll definitely stay with this group again in the future. The area is 10 mins taxi from playa del ingles and there is a bus stop nearby that connects you to the airport."

"Had a perfect week's stay. All the staff were so friendly, helpful, and made us feel incredibly welcome. Breakfast was fantastic - we loved the pancakes, fresh fruit, and eggs. "We booked a partial ocean view room and received exactly that. The place was clean, with only a few minor issues, such as a leaking shower cabin and plastic covering on the mattress, which made the nights overheate. Overall, it was excellent value for money. The location was close to the beach and transport links. It was quiet, and the staff were friendly."

"I wouldn’t actually return to Puerto Rico due to the hills but the Servatur Montebello itself was just what I was looking for.
