Ligging goed tov mogan mall. Er is een trap om overal te voet naar toe te kunnen gaan aangezien het hotel tegen een berg ligt. Het ontbijt was uitmuntend! Wel dient men te vermelden dat de spa gereserveerd dient te worden telkens en het chloor gebruik enorm hoog is. Ook de netheid liet de wensen wat te over. Zo vonden we de tweede nacht tussen topper en matras van het bed een vape van vorige gasten. Doch na deze kleine minpuntjes beveel ik het hotel aan!

Over all a nice experience, but for the price we expected a bit more. That’s why I can’t give the full 5 stars. 4 stars is still good though :) The staff was friendly and helpful, the food was very good, the beds were comfy and room was clean. Lovely views and a short walk to the mall with lots of shopping, bars and restaurants. However it felt a bit shabby nad due for an upgrade. We stayed in a junior suite and there were rust in the bathroom and the jacuzzi almost fell apart. There were no amenities in the bathroom as I would expect for a hotel of this price. I’ve stayed at hotels with lower stars and always gotten travel sizes with shower gel and shampoo, shower cap, cotton and q-tips and more. Small things, but it still elevates the impression. At this price I would expect this.

Outstanding from start to finish. Great communication with hotel. Private transfer arranged by hotel for 65Eur. Warm welcome and clearly explained everything we needed to know at check in. The Junior Suite (high large balcony) was amazing. Very clean, had joined twin beds, nice seating area and kitchenette. The balcony made it extra special, amazing views, jacuzzi bath and sun loungers. The winter sun blazed on the balcony from midday to 5pm. We booked half board and there was a great selection of buffet and also a la carte for dinner. We were there for NYE where the hotel put on a 5 course gala dinner (with lots of wine too). It was such a nice way to celebrate. We used the spa once too, you have to book as it is quite small, but we were lucky and had it all to ourselves. It is a little dated but was nice to relax. All staff were so friendly and helpful. We rarely go back to the same hotel but we will certainly be booking here again for summer!

Excellent stay, thank you. Rooms were comfortable and spacious but could do with a little upgrade, particularly the bathrooms. We had superior rooms with a spa bath on the balcony which was lovely and would recommend. Bar and breakfast staff excellent, so responsive, however we did report an issue to reception at least twice with one of the room toilets which was not sorted when we left, this was disappointing. Finally, take advantage of the spa, had a brilliant massage. We would definitely return.

Wir hatten grundsätzlich einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam – wirklich top! Das Zimmer war sauber, modern und gut ausgestattet, und auch das Essen hat absolut überzeugt: lecker, abwechslungsreich und frisch. Leider gibt es aber einen großen Minuspunkt, der unseren Aufenthalt stark beeinträchtigt hat: der Lärm in der Nacht. Durch die Lage des Ortes im Tal und des Hotels am Hang schallt alles extrem. Bis 4–5 Uhr morgens laufen laute Musik und Partys aus dem Ort – mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen ist praktisch unmöglich. Erholung in der Nacht? Leider keine Chance. Sehr schade, denn ansonsten wäre es ein perfekter Urlaub gewesen. Für Reisende, die Ruhe suchen, ist das Hotel leider nicht geeignet. Wer allerdings zum Feiern kommt, wird sich vermutlich wohlfühlen. Für uns kommt ein erneuter Besuch nicht in Frage.
