"Ive stayed at the hotel twice but I always call for more info for that day or I show up to the hotel to find out because its convenient i have family that live down the street. So to make a long story short, is was Tuesday April 14 @ 2:30 pm a women Mira was giving me such a hard time I don't think I will ever go there again or book a room there!!"

"The hotel was under a major renovation and it was not made aware when making the reservation. The restaurant is operating minimally and its the only restaurant for miles. The staff did their best to take care of guests considering everything that was going on. Had I known that this MAJOR renovation was happening, I would not have booked the property or paid what I paid!!! "

"We’ve never been to Calabasas and it’s beautiful! The Hilton Garden Inn was equally nice. It fits into the affluent vibe of the community but without being snooty. Hotel staff were excellent and the property was super clean and top-notch. We highly recommend it if you’re staying in the area. Also, it’s great the hotel is next to the 101 freeway. You can’t hear it from the hotel as it sits back a bit. Thanks!!"

"The whole hotel had a moldy smell. They charge their guests insanely high price for parking and they also charge for WIFI. No hotel all over the world charged me for parking or wifi for the last 10 years. It was my first and last time staying in Hilton Hotels."

"Beautiful property, excellent check-in staff, bed was super comfortable! I brought my teenagers and they enjoyed the pool and hot tub, I did think the pool was going to be bigger, but the location is awesome and it is a beautiful Hyatt, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it -"
