"First of all, Acapulco is still recovering from the Hurricane Otis in 2023. Almost everywhere is the non-stop noises of demolition and construction. The Acamar Hotel is also at this time. It's a nice enough Hotel, but noisy by design. and when it's full IT IS NOISY! there's no escaping the noise, which is true for most all of Mexico. The beach is nice and calm, the pool is nice and clean. The Staff are very helpful. The restaurant is very large and the food was good. There is nothing much open after 8pm except Dominoes and some street vendors, nothing else, period. The "party buses" roar through that intersection with their music blasting and horns are honking from early until late. It was fun for a few days but bring your ear-plugs! "

"Simple room with AC,TV in a central location. Walkable to the Zocolo for a great price. Downsides are there is no view, the bathroom needed updating and it’s kinda in a shady back alley. No Pool. "
