"The Emerald room was great, close to the parking with its own entrance. The staff was wonderful, our air conditioners were not working, but they offered us another room(which we refused) and they made it very comfortable for us with fans. It did not affect our visit at all.i would stay there again."

"The room was advertised as a junior suite. It was NOT any type of suite. Only one very small room with no where to lay out luggage. The shower and sink area were open to the room and the shower was quite difficult to get into as it was in a large tub with a wide edge. The water closet was tiny. Very nice staff."

"Excellent small motel with great location across the bridge from the St Augustine old town. Room was a nice size with a direct view of the water and a view of old town on the other side of the channel. Appetizers served 5-6 in the evening. A nice breakfast is served in the mornings. No disappointments at all! All of the staff was friendly and helpful. A wonderful stay!"

"Sauberes Zimmer in einer fantastischen Lage, um St. Augustine zu erkunden. Alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hatte einen coolen Flair, mitten in der Altstadt in einem historischen Apartment zu wohnen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon über einer Wein-/Kaffeebar. Dort wurde live Musik gespielt. Am Abend konnten wir gemütlich auf dem Balkon mit den Schaukelstühlen sitzen und der Musik lauschen."

"Located in the heart of St Augustine close to shops and monuments. As an inn, it’s ok — quiet, clean, parking included. The food could use a bit of improvement, and some aspects of the building could use a refresh. "

"From check-in to check-out our stay at Edgewater Inn was wonderful. Nothing could surpass the beautiful scenery right outside our door. The room was large and very comfortable. The shower was wonderful. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. All staff at this hotel were very polite and helpful. I would certainly recommend this hotel to everybody who wants a great get-a-way with great views. "

"Parking at arrival to unload can be difficult; there’s very little room on that narrow street. Parking afterwards in the lot is easy but 4 blocks away and inconvenient to drag your luggage that far. The rooms themselves are great, very charming; the owners very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is amazing and freshly cooked. The only thing disappointing was that the Inn’s hot water boiler capacity seems limited, and I had a hard time filling up that lovely jacuzzi in the room (which was a...

"Possibly the freshest-smelling, comfiest bed I've slept in. We enjoyed three nights here on spring break. The breakfast & happy hour deliveries were the cherry on top! So nice to return to after exploring the city or the beach (5-10 min away). The staff were so accommodating to us. Our trip coincided with a cold snap — so the comfy couches & lounge areas upstairs on the deck were just the place. Hope to return!"
