"The location of this property cannot be better - within a few minute walking distance to Sol and Opera metro stations and the major landmarks. The room was clean and updated and staff member was so helpful. I would stay here if I visit Madrid again (one suggestion - free coffee or some other compliment would be nice even thought cafes are right outside the door. "

I felt as if I was with family. They are so nice, kind, friendly and helpful. The hotel is brand new. They seemed very happy to work in such a lovely place. I will stay here from now on. "

"Staff was ok, just says hello but that’s it. Not as welcoming compared to the staff in Barcelona hotel. Clean room and spacious. Accessible and walkable to many spots around the area, loved the location, and absolutely loved Madrid. Must book if you’d like to be within many restaurants and access to many must see sites."

"The lobby and rooms are clean, well maintained and appeared recebtly renovated. The staff was awesome. i travel with two kids and they help since I arrived to the hotel. We arrived like at 9:00am a d they founds us a room to do check inn without a fee for early check inn. Ehile esoting for the room they borrow an area for our kids get comfortable"
