"Nice entrance but small rooms. Rooms can be updated, shower needs a full deep cleaning, crack tiles fixed, carpet deep clean and some paint could help the room."

"The property was in a very good location. Unfortunately, they did not offer any kind of benefits, like extra coffee pods, extra towels or pillows or daily room cleaning (once during our stay). It was an OK stay for an OK price. The only thing that made it stand out was the central location."

"Room was clean but small by North American standards. Staff was helpful. Hotel was close to Plaza Major. However, it could be noisy sometimes in the evenings or wee mornings because of nearby restaurants and people in the street. This may bother light sleepers."

"The people, reception and house keeping, were charismatic and kind. The elevator failed for a couple of hours but it was fixed in a couple of hours. The location is phenomenal and some rooms have balconies!!!"
