Andre was very responsive and accommodating and all of the staff was extremely nice and helpful. I really appreciated the hotel's added service of being picked up and dropped off at the airport for a reasonable price. Additionally, I waited last minute to book a tour so there were no available tours for the days I wanted, but I didn't know that the hotel also offered a variety...

"A hidden gem in the very heart of the historic district. An old Spanish colonial house with an open courtyard. Walk 5min to the Basilica and the Plaza Grande. Lots of good restaurants around too. Full of green plants lovingly cared for (even polishing the leaves) by the staff. Mariam and her staff were super friendly and looked after me really well. It was truly a pleasure to stay there and I look forward to another visit."

"This hotel is EXTREMELY CLEAN AND BEAUTIFUL TO THE DETAILS! Showers is so amazing but the products shampoo a conditioner cream soap are spa level, food is gourmet but the service is upscale, coffe at the room is Omg and the bed the pillows the little details like delicious water a plate with amazing local fruits desert and orange juice as welcome ! A básquet of local snacks … and the fountain at night sound as rain ! What can I say just Amazing"

"Casa San Marcos hotel was amazing! Such beatiful building ( was build in 1702) with all its antiques, arts all over and modern amenities for very special and unique stay. We felt we were staying in a castle two centuries ago though with all the modern day comfort and luxury."
