Unfortunately, a room change was not accommodated despite the circumstances, and we had to rely on the stairs throughout our stay. We were told the elevators would be fixed, but that did not happen, and there were no updates or communication provided. Improved communication and better consideration for accessibility needs would have made a big difference."
