"We paid an outrageous price for two nights for the Cosmo suite and had awful dirty rooms, first room was 101 and had stains on the carpet and hair everywhere. Hair in the shower and on the floors and in bathroom sink. When we asked for another room, they sent us to room 369 which was in the same condition but had luxury vinyl on the floor.
