Cari Vila di Pleasant Hill

"Very helpful front desk associate, very polite and professional. Overall great stay in residence with full of utensils and basic kitchen amenities required for short stay."

"Breakfast became boring. Not much change day to day."

"Enjoyable stay!"

"clean room, staff. parking. stores near by. Note, if you like the $$$ hotels, where you can purchase a buffet breakfast for 2 and pay $70 just for one breakfast, this is not the place for you. I left a big expensive hotel and this place cost me $70 ish for the night stay rather than $400 counting paid parking. The staff was just as pleasent. The walk was 2 feet from my trunk. "Room was clean"

"It had been somewhat renovated since the last time there and most of my issue was maybe needing to buy more towels and washcloths and such....they were def well used and discolored.....for the price it was quite ok....also alot quieter since last time with better "neighbors"....."

"Nice and convenient"

That other mirror was a nice big mirror, but it was in the very dimly lit entryway. There was no place that we could use our...

"They downgraded a room we had reserved and wouldn't refund the difference. This was after no one was at the front desk for 20 + minutes to check in. The tub was dirty and nothing was stocked. Breakfast was good at least. Usually have good luck at other Holiday Inn Expresses, but not this one."

"Clean new place"

"Excelente"

"Our room had roaches. Then they offered another room. That room also had roaches. Then they were to refund my money with the staff members name on this card. I’ve not received my money. I complained to Expedia also."
