The renovated rooms were very nice and spacious. Breakfast was delicious in the morning. The only issue was a helicopter landed in the middle of the night and was a bit disruptive in my sleep. There is a hospital nearby. But if that was the worst thing of my stay, there is nothing to complain about. I'd stay there again.

Hotel is very outdated and in the middle of renovations. Super thin walls as it sounded like a herd of elephants above us for hours. We could hear their conversations. We were super disappointed that the hot tub in the pictures is not working and the pool was super cold. Breakfast was good and a plus.

Major Disapoinment
Ice machine out of order on the floor, ice maker in room refrigerator not working. No TV guide, had to go through all the stations to write down own guide. The couch in room was hopelessly outdated — like a pull out couch one might expect in a second rate motel 30 years ago except the mattress had been removed forcing us to sit 12 inches off the floor and getting up very difficult! There was no daily newspaper available on site. The desk chair was thread bare. In short, the accommodation bore absolutely no resemblance to any Holiday Inn Express had come to know over my 20 years of traveling.

Dear William,I am sorry to read your stay with us was less than perfect. Our hot tub should be removed form Expedia's website. It has been closed for over a year and a half. Once our remodel is complete all of our amenities will be replaced and it will be beautiful!! We hope to see you again in the future.

We liked it.
We stayed at that hotel for 6 nights. There wasn’t many people staying there so it was pretty quiet. The hotel is in a great location with stores and restaurants close by. The hospital is across the street but not a problem with traffic. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel is getting a renovation but it wasn’t noisy or a problem. The staff was helpful and friendly. They had breakfast. It was good and plentiful. There was enough parking and easy to use. If we go back to that area we will stay there again.

Nice hotel
Very nice and safe location. Rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast was good. Only issue we had was some guy knocking on our door at night and in the morning, waking us both times. This was no fault of the establishment, just an annoyance. We didn’t report it.

Nice neighborhood friendly staff made coffee for us at 3Am as we were leaving early for fishing trip. Paper thin walls and loud neighbors were only downside
