"The hotel itself was good, but the staff was not. We waited for 10 minutes at the front desk for assistance on Saturday evening, so long that a line had formed behind us. On Sunday morning, the cleaning staff had one elevator door held open, meaning that you could not call the other elevator. She seemed completely oblivious to the problem she was causing. Finally, when we checked out, the person at the desk was eating breakfast and clearly uninterested in doing her job."

"I booked on the Expedia ( stupid) for what i thought was 179/ nite. When I got there both rooms were 309/ nite. Fairfield is a mid to low level hotel. I got ripped off . Deleted my Expedia account. Fairfield Inn Never again."
