"For a newer hotel, the rooms were pretty beat up already. Bathroom wallpaper peeling, furniture chipped scratched, grout stained and yucky. No housekeeping service during my stay either. Not sure if that is a service they don't offer or if it was an oversight. It wasn't terrible but I wouldn't stay here again."

"This is the first time I have stayed at one of these properties, as this was a last minute reservation. I was pleasantly surprised, as it was immaculate. Extremely clean room, gym and breakfast area. David was working the breakfast area and was very friendly, helpful and attended to the area, keeping it all tidy. The front desk attendant was also very friendly."

"Clean rooms, nice place with friendly staff. This is the first time I have stayed at a hotel where breakfast was an additional charge, but .. it was pretty good, with a nice selection. The sofa in the Suite I stayed in, was not the most comfortable, but the room was nice. Disappointed in the pool being so COLD! I went down for a swim, and only stayed in the pool for about 5 minutes, it was much too cold to enjoy. Ended up going back to the room and taking a hot shower, to warm back up! ...

"This property it’s old and needs a renovation!! They over charged got my reservation and tried charging 325 a night for this old run down hotel!"

"The hotel on the outside look very nice and kept up, however, inside the rooms were defiantly dated, the beds were due for a new mattress; and to be secured to the wall since our bed legit came off the ground, there were cracks in the sink / the grout, and the walls. The breakfast was horrible. The reason I stay at Hampton hotels is for their breakfast. I defiantly know it is not ‘fine dining’ but I’ve never had a problem. However, their breakfast was blah at best. So much was always out and...

"3 people in the room, Given 2 bath towels and told that was all they had. One family member had to dry with hand towels. Breakfast was ok but not restocked and again "ran out" of basics like yogurt. Hotel is near apartment building that can be loud at times. It was close to places we wanted to visit."
