Bedford

"Extremely Disappointing Stay – Unsafe, Unsanitary, and Poorly Maintained I would highly recommend staying elsewhere. My experience at the Super 8 in Bedford was severely disappointing from start to finish. To start, the parking lot was in terrible condition. Inside, the entire hotel smelled heavily musty, and because the windows did not open, there was no way to let in any fresh air. The room itself was incredibly outdated and poorly maintained. The bed was nearly unusable—the comforter had...

Johnstown

"The laminate floor that was throughout the room had missing pieces, the bathroom had rust and moldy/pealing spots. The bed was awful and the pillows were basically decorations. We had to ask for extra pillows they were so small and were were only allowed 2 extra. There was a big room off the lobby where you could see it was just a junk room. It looked so unprofessional. There was a big spot for breakfast/coffee, but a sign was posted that they no longer serve it due to a name change. It might...

14. The Lodge at Indian Lake

Central City

"We booked this last minute, and while the location is very nice, the name is a bit misleading. It’s not actually "on the lake". Our “lakefront view” offered only a small glimpse of water in the distance through the trees, and there’s no direct lake access unless you drive through the neighborhood. Be sure to check operating hours—the lodge was closed during our stay, so we didn’t get the full experience. On the positive side, the staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the mattress was...
