"This property is in a lovely setting facing east. The buildings are older and have been thoughtfully renovated. If they were to do it again higher ceilings would have been better. It's very noisy when the place gets crowded. Staff and service are excellent."

"When booking through Expedia, we were not made aware that the hotel was undergoing major renovations. There was active construction during the day and access to rooms was limited or through the construction zone. The room itself had double beds that were very uncomfortable. Air conditioner and fridge were great This is our third night stay in a hotel and we haven’t quite figured out the smart TVs, which was the case in this room as well. "Felt more like a boarding house than quaint b&b?… and the stairs to rooms are a killer…long steep stairs with a suitcase is difficult and awkward & should be considered by anyone booking there with any sort of disability. Check the street parking bylaws too… I went in off season so apparently wasn’t really checking/ticketing for the hours I was parked near hotel … that crossed some of those paid hours… but paid parking was only option I saw otherwise if parked btw 9-5 pm"

"Beautiful setting- love the elevated boardwalk through the trees and the fairy lights. The cabin is so new it still smells like cut wood. Very clean! Stunning interior. Will definitely stay again!"
