"This property is perfect! My only complaint is that when I booked it stated that we would have free breakfast and upon arrival they stated that we did not have breakfast included in our stay. Pretty disappointed but it did not take away from the beauty and cleanliness at this hotel"

"This was our second time staying at The Seaport Renaissance, and we were very pleased. The hotel is well situated in a quiet area of Seaport, with many dining and shopping options within walking distance. Public transit is also very easily accessible. The staff are kind and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and clean."

"We checked in on Saturday 5/23 and found bed bugs in the King bed suite. Our travel needs included having the kitchenette and a separate bedroom. We took pictures and videos of the bed bugs and showed them to management. They simply offered a refund of the suite and a stay in smaller room. We told them a standard room would not work for us. The front desk worker did not attempt to help us beyond this, saying they needed to launch an investigation into the bugs and her hands were tied. In my...

"Amazing stay as a solo traveller. Loved the area, can literally walk everywhere. Tile floors in the room which is my top priority. Will stay here again when I visit Boston."

"The breakfast was wonderful, as was the staff running the breakfast! The coffee machines, giving each a person a fresh cup, one cup at a time was slow, and caused backups. I’d rather have a coffee decanter. The rooms were nice, and I love having unending supply of soaps and lotion. The he bed was too soft for my husband, but I slept fine!"

"During my stay, there was an accident in which I was injured. The staff that night did a great job. Ruby, who was working the front desk, was amazing. She went above and beyond to provide superior customer service. She made our stay wonderful. The staff were so sweet; they provided me with a cute little gift bag containing bandages, M&M's, and a lovely card signed by the staff who helped that night and by the general manager who assisted me the next day.
